Comedy Channel/Comedy Central Era
- Season 1
- We get officially introduced to Joel, his bots, and the Mads as Mystery Science Theater 3000 begins:
- Season 3
- Joel and the bots are back for a third year of riffing on Comedy Central. As they try to find a way to break free of the clutches of the Mads, they also watch some real stinkers. One, in particular, is considered one of the worst movies ever made:
- Season 4
- We're deep in the bowels of the Comedy Central run, with Joel comfortably at the helm. There are some real winners this season, along with another contender for "the worst movie ever made":
- Season 5
- Joel and the bots continue to rage against their cage as the terible movies keep coming from Dr. Forrester and TV's Frank:
- Season 6
- It's time to hang out with Mike and the bots as they, too, are subjected to bad movies while to plot an escape from the Satellite of Love:
- Season 7
- Mike is back, and he's up against Dr. Forester and his mother, Pearl, as they torture our hero and his robots with more terrible movies.
- Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Movie - This Island Earth
Sci-Fi Channel Era
- Season 8
- Dr. Forester is gone and in his stead is... his mother? The guys are still trapped, but now they're pursued by this evil woman with no means of escape. Oh, and there are more bad movie:
- Season 9
- The Sci-Fi Channel run continues onwards, with Mike and the bots more terrible movies, including yet another contender for "the worst movie ever made." How many of these can there be?!
Netflix Era
- Season 11
- MST3K returns after 18 years off the air. The crew is back, with a new host: Jonah. Revived after a successful KickStarter run, the show is now housed on NetflixOriginally started as a disc-by-mail service, Netflix has grown to be one of the largest media companies in the world (and one of the most valued internet companies as well). With a constant slate of new internet streaming-based programming that updates all the time, Netflix has redefined what it means to watch TV and films (as well as how to do it).
